Another successful year for the cattle industry and the Simmental breed is defi nitely the one to use for building those big, meaty calves that are in top demand. We believe our bulls and heifers that join your herds will be a positive contribution to that! We have many Fullbloods, both polled and horned and Purebreds both Red and Black, all polled. We have progeny from several new herd sires this year so take a look! All the bulls and heifers have been halter broke, the bulls are semen tested and guaranteed. The off -age bulls have been kept specifi cally for this sale based on a cut-off birthdate. We select our bulls and heifers from our herd of 350 registered cows and focus on sound feet, good udders, performance, longevity and temperament. Halter breaking helps us to make sure the bulls are willing to be handled and we fi nd it’s defi nitely worth the work involved. We do not creep feed our calves, they are weighed right off pasture and on feed after weaning only. All calves are vaccinated with Express 5, Presponse HM, and Covexin 8 and dewormed with Ivomec.
