What a fantastic year this has been for the beef industry! The Simmental breed is definitely the one to use to help your ranch build those big, meaty calves that are in top demand right now and we hope our bulls and heifers that join your herds will bring more of that. We have many Fullbloods, both Polled and Horned and Purebreds both Red and Black, all Polled, this year. All the bulls and heifers have been halter broke, the bulls are semen tested and guaranteed. The off-age bulls were kept specifically for this sale. We select our bulls and heifers from our herd of 350 registered cows and focus on sound feet, good udders, performance, longevity and temperament. Halter breaking helps us to make sure the bulls are willing to be handled and we find it is definitely worth the work involved. All of our calves are grown on grass with no creep feeding.
